I was served papers for a custody battle and I hired Theresa Schimmels for my lawyer. I had horrible anxiety and worries that my sweet babies would be taken away from me. She was absolutely Amazing. She made sure that didn’t happen and even got me things I have been wanting out of the custody. She was always quick to get back to me and always kept me informed and even took my phone calls when there was nothing to update just so I could have a peace of mind that I was still doing the right thing. I will hire her again in a heart beat if I ever need her again. She will go all the way to fight for what you need and want!

Patton and Pittman Attorneys is truly first in its class. I got assistance with my situation immediately when I contacted them. They handled so much for me when I had no idea what to do. I specifically worked with Mr. Campbell from Patton & Pittman, and I definitely made the right choice. Throughout our time working together, he was easy to contact, and his team was very responsive when sending paperwork or responding to me. Mr. Campbell helped to alleviate my stress and concerns because I could speak honestly with him, and I feel that he gave me the best advice and guidance possible. Mr. Campbell was always on time, always called to make sure I was aware of court dates, and handled agencies outside of court with professional fervor. If needed, I would rehire Mr. Campbell.

Absolutely the best office in the area. Professional, great rapport with many offices and judges. This makes moving through the sludge of the Clarksville court system slightly easier.

Not only were filings done at the LITERAL last second after me checking in on the status of them for several months prior, so it's not like they weren't reminded, the filings were done incorrectly. There was no time for them to come back to correct them. They used up my 3k retainer to be completely incompetent and ruin my chances at justice. I can prove all of it. I highly suggest you avoid them at all costs.
