Not caring and will not meet with you to explain how long the case will take and what methods they use to resolve the case. They do not follow up 😡 with the clients or provide transcripts to the clients

I was in a bad spot at risk of losing my lively hood Scott may seem overly confident but he is the best pulled my life out of the toilet and got charges dismissed

I scheduled an appointment for 10 a.m this morning. I arrived a few minutes early to fill out paperwork. Still to only sit in the lobby and wait for almost an hour. I know attorneys value their time. Why would you schedule an appointment at a certain time only to make them wait and waist their time? Very disappointed.

The civil attorney was rude and although I sat and waited on him for 45 minutes, he barely gave me the time of day and talked to me like I was stupid. He rushed me and I didn’t get all my questions answered. I was not even in his office for 5 minutes! Will not use.

Dude ate a McMuffin and hash brown in front of me the entire time, pretty much car salesman, on my way out the door all he said was work on getting the money..

Kanavos has won all my cases. He can be a little over whelming sometimes, you just have to look over that, the arrogance is what makes h a good attorney.

Scott and his colleagues have been beyond a blessing for my family and myself thanks you Scott and John we greatly appreciate you guys.

"Great!", was my first thought after talking to him. I thought I had found a great attorney I had heard that he was a tactician in the courts. But so far (as of 3-28-23) I have not been connected in over 100 days. In September of 2022 I deposited $1000 with his office. Since then I have had 2 meetings with the office. 1st. The Attorney I hired introduced me to a different attorney and told me to contact him. " He will be assisting me with your case" 2nd. Was mediation that was held at his office, but he was at court. The mediation brought no help to my case. And meditation cost me another $375. Since I first hired him I have only spoken to him twice. Both times it was to tell me that we would talk again in the future. I stop by the office once a month and request a contact. One time I spoke with the receptionist and she was very hateful and rude. "When is the last time you made a payment?" I told her "I don't remember, what is my balance?" My balance was (-$900). That's $900 in the positive. I phone the office twice a month. I have sent several Email just to find out last week (3-27-2023) that the man Franklin told me to Email and use as a contact does not even work there anymore. So I requested a total balance for my account and the lady on the phone said no one has access to that information except Franklin. So she said he would be in contact with me. My children are suffering. Their lives are being jerked around. I'm trying not to lose our house and go bankrupt. I don't sleep well, my health is falling apart. My little girls, I hold them at night while they cry themselves to sleep. My son has been struggling in school with grades and behavior. I'm a very supportive father. All of my kids are getting professional help. And we spend as much time as possible together having fun and making new memories. But the pain of this divorce dragging out with no contact from my attorney is causing me stress that is hard to hide from my little ones. My divorce is not my attorneys fault but Franklin did take my money and tell me that his office would work their magic and come through for me and my children. So far the only "no contact" I have in my life is from Franklin Chancey's office.
