Brad Burnette helped me with my personal injury case. Brad and his team did a wonderful job, they were extremely nice and welcoming! I’ve never needed an attorney for anything so I did not know what to expect. My thoughts on attorneys came from Breaking Bad and Don’t Call Saul. You know, the skeezy, slick talking, untrustworthy kind. They are nothing like that. Brad was very transparent, he kept me updated, Andrea, his paralegal, was great also. She responded to my emails very quickly and helped get me reimbursed for my rental! They handled EVERYTHING! I didn’t have to do anything really, just heal from my injuries! The whole case took less than a year! From December 2021 to September 2022. That is from wreck to check. Im thoroughly grateful to Brad and Andrea! Also Andrea is going to be a fabulous attorney!

Brad was realistic with the outcome of my case from day one. He was honest and very informative, unlike some of the other attorneys I had consultations with. He (or his staff) kept me informed and updated as my case progressed. If I did need to contact him, he responded in a timely manner. I appreciate the justice he got for my son, and am pleased I chose him to represent our family. I hope I don't ever need an attorney again.... but if I do, Brad will be my first call!

Brad was great. Always friendly and kept us up to date on every step of the process and also answered any questions we had. Always made sure we understood everything as it happened and got the result for us. He knew all the in and outs of the case dealing with the insurance company and the health insurance company. His staff where always there and super helpful and I could not ask for better. Would recommend Brad to anyone needing a good attorney that knows what he is talking about.

Brad was honest from start to finish concerning the possibilities of my case. I am a single mother who needed help dealing with a large company concerning an injury. The company had continually denied needed medical care, even though the injury occured on the job. Brad was very knowledgeable about the process, insurance issues, and communication with my doctor. Brad was a prayer answered when he took on my WC case. He is extremely knowledgeable about WC since working on both sides of it. He cares about his clients and is willing to listen when you need to talk and voice concerns. He works hard to get you what you want but will be straight up with you if you expectations are unreasonable. Brad was very knowledgeable in the field of Workers Comp and kept me informed through the whole process, He returned calls and email's promptly.We did not win our case because the only way for me to collect workers comp from Brentwood Services was by suing my employer and Brentwood Services.My employer was self insured and I refused to sue my employer.

Brad was absolutely awesome. He always kept me informed. Was easy to get ahold of and would always rerun my phone calls promptly. I believe him to be trustworthy for he was always willing to answer my questions. He is compassionate but professional which is hard to find. After my accident I was contacted by Brad and he knew more about the accident then I did and I was the one in it. He was such a nice guy and he knew exactly what he was doing! At first I was weary about meeting up with basicly a stranger out to discuss my accident but he was perfect! He is funny and easy going and has a great personality and I clicked with him right away. He was very good at getting back to me everyday almost and would call me to check on me to make sure I was okay and If I felt better after my accident. He is the best lawyer I have ever had and I would definitely refer anyone and everyone to him! I would rate him a 15 out of 10! To this day he even sometimes asks me how I'm doing and of course to check if I've been in any fender benders. I loved the fact that he wasn't just worried about making or getting a settlement but actually cared about my well being but of course he was a great negotiator and I was very satisfied with the settlement and case and it was a fast process! He is the STUFF!
