Not the friendly firm you read about read all the postings not the old ones that was my mistake.

Dail saved my life from my abuser ex husband in a domestic violence situation. With such compassion for me and my three kids, he zealously defended us. When I couldn't afford the final hearing and I was pretty shaken to go against my ex husband, he didn't charge me and hugged me in the hallway afterwards and told me it is finally over. Go be happy and live your life. My fairytale didn't come true, but I am forever grateful for everyone here. I never had to worry if they were doing their job or micromanage like I have since with others. Thanks for all you do.

I found this firm to professional, knowledgeable, and hardworking.

We called for counseling about the possibility to sue for damages over a job descrimination case, which are time sensitive over a month ago, and have been ignored. I have dealt with several lawyers over the years and at least received some kind of communication within 7 to 10 days telling me either they want the case, offering counsel or telling me they don't want the case. I can't reccomend this firm unless you have all the time in the world, or like poor communication. I should have stuck to whom I normally pick. Most I have dealt with gave advice over the phone, or at least a hint if a case is viable. The person that answered had no usable information other than basically we will get to you when we get to you.
