Failure to submit documents resulting in case denials
“Come to find out, they never submitted the document, THEY LOST ALL 18 PAGES PROOF! Those proof, keep in mind, were supposed to be sent before the end of July. Afterwards, we received a letter from immigration say they denied out case due to THE PROOFS THAT WERE NOT SPENT!”

Overcharging and lack of transparency
“In total I have paid $1400 for this form all due to negligence, mismanagements and lack of proper documentation training and handling. The part that frustrates me is there's literally nothing I can do about it except pay this amount again cruise law is not taking accountability and of course they're not gonna pay for me to get the form done even though they mishandled this case.”
