I am not sure where to start!!! I was let go from a competitor and immediately reached out to Hughes and Coleman. Everyone was so friendly and very reassuring to let me know that they would handle everything and all of my concerns. From the beginning of the process understood everything was explained to me. I knew where I stood throughout the process. Everyone that I worked with was so pleasant. I wish I remembered everyone’s name. My lawyer was Evan and his assistant Jeanie! Jeanie was an absolute delight. Every time I called, I hung up the phone full of laughter! She explained everything to me so clear so there was never any confusion on anything. She was a great advocate for me and I appreciate her so much. My lawyer Evan was a great person to do business with. Just like Jeanie, he explained the process to me very well and was very reassuring! Anytime I had a question, he did not mind answering. Whenever I called him, I was able to speak with him! Not a customer service agent but him! Whenever I need it Jeanie, she was there for me. They went at my pace and made sure that I was OK before doing anything else and I appreciate that. Not a lot of people care about your well being but they surely do!!!! I would give Hughes and Coleman a million stars if I could! I truly recommend this company!!!!!
