“I have a civil case which includes city and county corruption. I have several e-mails requesting Hallworth to take action. File paperwork to stop the corruption. We talk to him and every time is starting from scratch. Either his memory is gone, or he scared of the county government, because he ignores my pleas to file against the opposition.”
