Lack of responsiveness and poor communication from some staff members
“If your looking for a bankruptcy firm that communicates and responds back when you need them this place isn't for you. Their case manager Tracy or what ever her job is will not call or email you back no matter how many vmails or emails you send.”

Handling too many clients leading to lack of attention and preparation for individual cases
“I sincerely wish I could give Mr. Colley 5 stars but I just can't. My son had a difficult case for sure. We took a deal that he told us would result in a better outcome. We were all totally unprepared for court. He spent little time helping us and pawned us off on another attorney for appeal when our case went south. He has too many clients and not enough time for them.”
