My nephew and I had a very positive experience with Joshua Miller's law firm. He and his Administrative Assistant, Brooke Lanham, were both very knowledgeble and professional, while still being wonderful people to work with. Everything was taken care of in a very timely manner. We were given all the guidance and answers to all our many questions. I would certainly recommend them and would work with them again.

(Revised 10/3/19) I am revising my original review due to the fact that when I contact my lawyer directly, he is very responsive and gets back to me quickly. My main issue is with the paralegal I deal with not replying to any questions or concerns I have.

LOOK NO FURTHER!!! I found Mr. Josh Miller through searching online for a good lawyer to represent me for a charge in TN when I live in SC. Unfortunately facing incriminating charges of a 1st offense DUI that was questionable if I was over legal limit or not, I refused taking blood test in TN because in SC that is unheard of really. All I ever recall hearing of is breathalyzer test. Mr. Miller and his firm have a 5 star review only for good reason. I was able to get the best plea bargain that I could have asked for in my opinion with Mr. Miller's help. I accepted charge of reckless driving, no time served with 6 months probation and agreement to attend MADD program. 6 months probation waived if total payment of charge and fees were paid same day as court. Paid all fees and reckless driving charge and made it back to SC same day as court hearing. I was able to keep my job because of this and myself and family could continue on with our lives again. I cannot thank Mr. Miller and Brooke enough for their professionalism and capabilities within the TN court system. If you find yourself even questioning representation within TN courts, call Mr. Josh Miller, you won't regret it. As his reviews state, he goes the extra mile and treats his cases as if they were related family. Thanks Josh & Brooke!
