Lack of responsiveness and communication from staff
“If your looking for a bankruptcy firm that communicates and responds back when you need them this place isn't for you. Their case manager Tracy or what ever her job is will not call or email you back no matter how many vmails or emails you send.”

Disappointing performance and lack of case progress
“If I had the option to not put a star I would. He never calls back. Our case was in the court system for 3 years because he wouldn't do the necessary things. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.”
