Bankruptcy for me was a very difficult decision to make. I felt ashamed that I had made poor financial choices but the people at the James Flexer law office made this whole process easier with their professionalism and the human touch. I would recommend them to anyone I know.

My wife and I just recently went through bankruptcy, We used the James Flexer office out of Columbia ,TN. I was like most people, a little un-easy and embarrassed but Brian and his team were very respectful and kind, this really put us at ease during this tough time in our life. We had a few issue threw my work with garnishments, Jeremy was very professional and worked hard to get the money back for us. I wouldn't recommend any one else but Brian and his team.

I am Howard Fautt and have no problems with using James Flexer to get my bankruptcy taken care of. There staff has always been available and helpful to me. I am disabled and in a wheelchair they go out of their way to take care of my needs. I would refer anyone to this office.

Unfortunetly I recently had to file Chapter 7 Bankruptcy, but was pleased with the treatment that I received here in town(columbia) from Flexer Law Office! I walked in their feeling ashamed but left feeling like this happens to more people than I realized. I have to give a HUGE thank you to Jeremy Kidd the Paralegal that made me feel so comfortable in this stressful situation! He made me feel like I shouldn't be ashamed!
