Donna Simpson and her staff (Erica) are AMAZING when it comes to getting your disability claim handled. From my first visit I felt welcomed, respected and truly heard. Every time I called or just showed up in the office unexpected with a question they always took the time to assist me. Donna Simpson explained every step of the process in a way that I could understand. I always felt like I was important to them and not like I was just another client or number. Donna Simpson is very experienced and knowledgeable in what needs to happen to get your claim approved. I can't imagine my case being approved without her hard work and true diligence. I put a message in on the website for a call Back a weak ago. No one ever called me. I don’t need one now. Went elsewhere.

Very disappointing experience and would not recommend. My wife and I made an appointment over 3 weeks ago. When we arrived at the office no one was at the front desk while we could hear kids playing in the back. We waited patiently until someone finally came to front desk. She asked if she could help us and we said we were here for our 4:00pm appointment. She responded she would let her know and then walked off. After sitting in the lobby for 15 minutes more, Donna came out and we went back to her office. I guess a bomb had gone off in her office because it was a disaster. She sits behind her desk and said “I understand your here about your estate planning, that’s all the information I have on you”. We had received some paper work to fill out prior to our appointment in which we filled out and sent back. However it had not been passed along to her. To say the least this disastrous romper room with zero customer service along with the inability to make sure she had the updated information provide prior to the customers arrival told me everything I needed to know about who I wanted handling my estate affairs. So we left!

I went through a couple of other attorneys one seemed interested the second told me I was not bad enough... So walking into this office I was skeptical that my disability of three heart attacks knees that are shot and I am too young to replace and several other items wasn't that bad .. Well Donna is amazing and she pointed out things that I didn't acknowledge or my pride would not allow me to admit... Being a male my pride minimized a couple things that where a lot worse than I wanted to admit.... If you need help with your SSI claim go see this team they are all amazing... Be patient as the gears of the government do not turn fast and until they want to do it they won't... I would highly recommend Donna's team to help you! Think about this I went to three different attorneys in Cookeville the first two made false promises Donna never did she is a straight shooter and will do her best!
