I was arrested for filing a false police report. An experience that was very traumatizing to me and could have ended my career. I found Seth Crabtree via Google search after having been arrested on a DUI. It was a dark time in my life and within a month I was arrested once again for another DUI. Seth and his team represented me for both and I couldn’t have been happier with my choice. When my blood work came back, my BAC elevated my charges to two accounts of aggravated DUI with a year maximum in jail for both. Seth and his team got my charges reduced, I did not have to set a foot in jail and was able to keep my license saving my job and the only source of income for my family. The team got to know myself and my family on a personal level and fought for me professionally so that in the end I walked away without a scratch. Seth also did not charge me another penny than what he quoted me and was lenient enough to allow me to be able to pay him off in increments instead of in full which I greatly appreciated being I have a family who I need to provide for. I’d recommend Seth and his team to anyone in need of criminal defense and cannot thank them enough for all they did for me.

I was pulled over, my car was searched and I was arrested for possession of an illegal substance. All though my previous decisions were not the wisest, hiring Seth was the best choice I could have made. Seth and his team were very friendly, welcoming and attentive to my situation. When I got my tickets in Tennessee me and my husband was driving down the road I seen the billboard that said Crabtree law firm and then I seen it again and about the third time I said that's going to be my attorney to represent me and my case of a simple possession charge I have my omma card for the state of Oklahoma and they was able to get my charges dropped with me not having to return to Tennessee to appear in court they are amazing people they work efficiently and fast to get things done considering that they had to go through a bad tornado and lost a lot of stuff and power and everything and then with a covid-19 made everything even a little harder but they was able to get my case taken care of and I appreciate it I highly recommend them to anyone in the state of Tennessee or out of the state of Tennessee if you are ever charged with anything in Tennessee I would recommend Crabtree law firm thank you very much very appreciated Mindy Sharpe

I am always iffy when it comes to lawyers.. Recently, we hired Seth for some legal assistance. He called us back in a very timely manner. After speaking with him over phone and explaining our concerns. Seth took us step by step what we needed to do. Since we had short time to proceed. Within 1 day Seth and his assistant had everything completely and did exactly what he said he would do even went above and beyond the expectations. We had such a wonderful experience with his service. His whole staff was very kind to us. Totally change my views on all lawyers.

I thought my world was over because I got this speeding ticket I have not had one in 23 yrs and I drive a semi just didn’t see the sign well these guys not only gave me hope but saved my job as well. Seth and his team are the most professional, courteous and supportive firm I've had the pleasure of being represented by. They are thoroughly passionate about their clients and their needs.
