Legal battles are a stressful process but what I found out is that with The Crabtree Law Firm stress was not an issue. The staff are warm and welcoming. I knew they truly cared about my well being. These were people I could trust. Meeting Seth put the icing on the cake, he was calm and truthful. Seth gave me the full run down and told me all of the possible outcomes of my situation. I was charged with aggravated assault and falsifying a police report. I had to attend court three times and on the third time my charges were all dismissed. Seth gave me great legal advice and let me know that if we had to take it all the way we would until he could provide my desired outcome if possible. I got my desired outcome and I'm so grateful that he represented me. I would recommend Seth to anyone in Cookeville facing legal troubles, he is the best there is.

I first saw Seth’s ad online a few years ago. I didn’t think much of it at the time. However, I recently got a bit of legal trouble. Up to that point I had never been in any trouble. Im a commercial truck driver eith class A CDL. I recieved a 70mph in a 55mph speeding ticket travelling through Cookeville TN. I needed to get this ticket reduced, so I started looking around for lawyers in the area and found Seth Crabtree's office. I knew immediately after speaking to Seth that i had found the right attorney to help me get my ticket reduced. Seth ended up getting my ticket completely dismissed and is working on expunging the dismissal from record. I couldnt be any happier. Great staff and great results.

First off let me say I am a convicted felon, in the last 3 years I've had drug charges every summer and with one found in possion of a firearm. I'm new to this area and when law enforcement run my tags they like to just come at me full force. When I hired Seth to defend me after my run in with Trooper Robertson everyone told me it was a long shot including my p.o. His staff went to work fast and got everything in order for my case. They kept me well informed got me the motion of discovery super fast and sent me letters to remind me what was going on. My codefendant had already pled out and with my record and these new charges I was certain I was going to do some time, but boy was I wrong! Today I walked in to court with a new drug charge and a probation violation for drug charges from less than a year ago. I was nervous but Seth was calm and collected with a grin he told me to sit still and he would take care of everything. He then went to the back with the DA. After what felt like a lifetime to me he walked up to with a smile and informed me that all charges were going to be dismissed!! (You know technical stuff that not everyone catches) As I stood up when the judge called my name and Seth did his thing I couldn't help but smile. To hear the words your free to go and dismissed translated to well played in my head. After a handshake and a Thank You I strolled out the room with a major weight lifted from my shoulders. This man and his crew will go to bat for you and don't let them fool you they know what they are doing and are damn good at it to! I highly recommend this firm and will definitely be giving them a call if I get into trouble again.
