Gordon, We can not say enough good things about HIM. He was there to step up to the plate when my wife and I were in a pinch and needed an attorney really quick to handle a legal matter for us. Gordon stepped up to help us even with a messed up ankle. I have to say Gordon has always been their for my family providing guidance, support, open, honest and very professional to us. Gordon is very knowledge and if he runs into something he hasn't dealt with before he has no problem telling you he doesn't know and he will get back with you. I have and will continue to highly recommend Gordon to anyone needing an attorney. He can't handle the case for what ever reason he will tell you.

He took on a scale of 1 to 10 at 10 most stressed from a 10 to a 2,and only a 2 cuz I was unsure how things would turn out until he was done and that's because I have panic disorder not because of him. He's very professional and so nice I was so comfortable telling him everything.I've always stayed away from lawyers thinking it was to much money but in long run I saved more than 3 times what I would have without him by my side.I'll always use him now and recommend him 100%!! Mr. Byars treated me as a human being not just a client. I have never felt as comfortable with a lawyer as I did with him. He listens and never belittles whatever your concerns may be. He doesn't try to hustle you out of the office. I actually met with him on a Saturday evening to make sure everything was ready for court on Monday. He could have been at home with his family. But he knew how much this case meant to me. I can't speak highly enough of Mr. Byars and we are lucky that him and his family has chosen Cookeville for his practice.
