He knew that I was going through something and should have not been in court during this process. He charged me 3 times. H e was for the other party. Our last time in court he made the decision even though I said no. Now the other person is bragging that they got everything. I am going to contact the TV stations. Things that I was suppose to get through the process still have not been done. But the other party can do a civil suit on me. This has to do with mental illness. I called about something else last week and he told me to contact the other parties lawyer which would not talk to me. This is why women and girls does not rely on anyone. Domestic violence was involved and nothing happened. The party got by it. Do not be surprised when the TV stations contact you.

We hired Mullins for a civil case. He filed our case in the wrong court. Then 4 months later filed in correct court. In that time frame we get sued by the plaintiff. Mullins canceled most of our appointments. He would rarely return phone calls. Even when other attorneys tried to call him. He is the most incompetent/illiterate excuse of an attorney we have ever seen. He has no business practicing law. At one point he did not know if we were the defendants or the plaintiffs. He likes playing god with peoples lives. And has no care in the world about his clients. He did nothing but mess our whole case up.(We have spoken to other attorneys) Mullins will do nothing for you. But he will want money! When we released him of his duties. He handed us our case paperwork, and what a joke that was.( It was just duplicates of papers) You can tell most of the papers have never been touched or separated. In 1.5 years he destroyed our case. He has been reported to the bar. Buyer beware. He would not make a good dump truck driver. He’s a CROOK! If you have questions for him, You’ll have more questions when you leave. But he can talk about the ducks on his walls. Find yourself a REAL attorney. If in doubt just ask around about him. Ask other attorneys they know all about him. And also check complaints filed with the Bar association. ZERO STARS GIVEN. I only put 1 star because I had to!

This guy is a joke. I have recordings of him asking me to hack someones public accounts to take down defamatory statements about him. He didn't show up to my hearings and cost me time and money in my case. I would give him a negative star and am giving the recordings to someone who is looking into the way he handles cases.

If I had to describe Will, I’d say his existence in my case has practically ruined my career.

No show in court or late. He was for the other guy not even representing me. I believe he was paid by the other party and me.

This attorney never showed up in court on time as my well paid representation. I believe the judge was upset after this guy was 5 hours late to court to represent me. No apology! But the judge didn't forget. But this guy still never showed on time. 5 times I'm worried about his competence.

Mr. Mullins was there for me every step of the way with my case. I highly recommend him for any legal needs. He has a genuine care for his clients and responds in a timely manner.

I hired Mr. Mullins to help me with a complicated custody case after having issues with my previous attorney. He was very kind and attentive to my case. He was able to work though issues my previous attorney had been working on this for over a year in a matter of months. Mr. Mullins was able to get me into court and my issues resolved. I’m very grateful to have found him when I did and now I can enjoy my time with my daughter. I recommend him to everyone.

He will not do the work you pay him for. I caught him double billing me. Saying he’d been on the phone trying to solve my problem only to find out he’d never even called the office he had said he was speaking with. He didn’t show to two court dates. He went missing for three months and would not return any of my phone calls or emails.

I hired Mr. Mullins for family law case. From the very beginning he showed his incompetence by misspelling my name, my daughter’s name and sending someone else’s case information in my petition. My very first court appearance he was not present, instead he sent his mom and she was late!! My second court appearance he was a no show, said “he had it down for 1pm not 9am.” Caught him double billing me for the same office visit on 3 separate occasions, for court appearances he didn’t attend, and even a court appearance on a date before I even met him!!!...When I confronted him on his padded bill, of course he couldn’t explain how they got there. This man lacks integrity, accountability, knowledge of the law and definitely should not be representing you. I have since released him of his duties and have filed a complaint with the Tennessee board and provided them with all the the documents.
