I reached out to Mr. Rasberry for a consultation on divorce and he didn't listen to a word I said. He responded to my questions with unrelated information emphasizing just how little he listened to me. Even though he clearly didn't care about me or my case he made sure to talk down to me during the entire conversation. to boot he frequently interrupted me and spoke disparagingly about my situation. After seeing his history of reprimand and the annual disciplinary actions taken against him it is clear he should explore a new industry. Perhaps one where he doesn't have to interact with others as sympathy, empathy and sheer humanity are severely lacking in his skill set. There are many other lawyers in TN, keep searching.

Mr. Rasberry always represented me in a professional manner. Recently we had to file a order to protect my daughter while her father is dealing with mental health issues, Johnny worked nonstop for two days interviewing witnesses and drawing up papers in order to get this in front of a judge, where he worked with father's attorney to protect my daughter with her father's consent until a resolution can be reached. Mr. Rasberry is a magic worker and I am so thankful!

I met with Mr. Rasberry to discuss my pending divorce, we went over everything and I liked what he had to tell me. Mr. Rasberry was the best ......I was referred to his office by a friend that hired him for her divorce. He kept me well informed, was my guide, and wonderful council thru this terrible ordeal. Mr. Raspberry is extremely hard to get in touch with. I met with him at his office for my first initial visit and after that I could hardly get a hold of him. Instead of mailing my divorce papers off he emailed them to my ex-wife and I ended up having to print them off and mailing them by certified mail myself. After he got the paperwork back it took him 3 weeks to get them to me for me to sign them and get them notarized. After I got them signed and notarized I contacted him so that he could file them. He told me he would call me so we could meet on my break. I called and he didn't answer. I have sent text messages and left voice mails and he still hasn't returned my phone call. Right after I called him from my phone and he didn't answer I called him from my friend's phone and he answered on the first ring. I now have to take off work to go and file my own divorce papers. If I would have known that I would have to do all of this myself I would have just did it myself from the beginning and saved $500. After I posted this review Mr. Raspberry contacted me stating that he was ready to file the paperwork. At this point I did not trust him to do anything, so I sent the paperwork off myself and filed it and received my court date. The lesson here is if you don't have any children and no one is disputing the divorce just do it yourself. A lot of these attorneys are just money hungry and do not have your best interest at heart. I had to buy this lesson, but it most definitely will not happen again. You should not have to out people to get them to do what they were paid to do in the first place.

Mr. Rasberry is an excellent attorney who was there with me through every step of the divorce process. He gave me all the information and help that I needed. Any questions I had he answered them and made sure that I understood. It was a difficult situation to be in as any divorce can be but he helped make the process as stress free as possible.

Oct 2014 I had a consultation with Mr. Raspberry and he amazed me with his knowledge in the legal system his hand shake wasn't firm but I was impressed so I hired Mr. Raspberry. 1 month later when the soon to be ex-wife found an attorney it was down hill from there, each time we went to court Mr. Raspberry just sat there and said nothing and when he did speak it was nothing relevant to what was going on in the court room, I actually wondered if he was on drugs...needless that court appearance didn't go well at all. I had issues where the kids was purposely being kept from me, I contacted Mr. Raspberry he never called me back, I was attacked at my kids school by soon to be ex wife, I called Mr. Raspberry I heard from him a week later after they filed an order of protection against me when I called Mr. Raspberry from the scene. Long story short is that Mr. Raspberry is not reliable at all it got so bad I paid Mr. Raspberry in full and he had to be fired and yes I lost my money but I was losing alot more. Ms. Jodi is paralegal is just as bad she will say I'll call Mr. Raspberry or I'll text him, and in closing the ex stole the tax money from me and Ms. Jodi the paralegal stated " is that really a big deal" thats when I knew they didn't care about what was important to me. this is now Aug 2015 I'm still dealing with these issues he left for me so use him at your own risk!

Mr. Rasberry helped me get away and stay away from my now ex husband, ultimately helping me get my life back. I was in an emotionally abusive marriage for twelve years and was struggling with getting this guy out of my life. He helped me get several orders of protection against my ex, even going to court with me. The divorce was handled very professionally and he meant business when it came to dealing with my ex husband. I did not have to do any foot work for the case, he did it all and he kept myself and my family up to date with the proceedings. I always felt comfortable and his staff were always very kind and considerate. If I would call Mr. Rasberry and he was out of the office, he returned my calls as soon as he could, I never felt put off the way some people do when dealing with attorneys. I wasn't just a client, I could tell he truly wanted to help me get out of my situation and be able to get on with my life and that made a world of difference to both myself and my family. I would highly recommend him for an attorney for both his professionalism and his humanism.

My case was neither simple nor quick - and I knew this (as any Father does when struggling for custody) going into the battle. Johnny was thorough, complete, fair and lead a team of people to my defense. Openly communicated, keeping me informed and did not sugar coat the situation. Since I had to travel 800 miles to be in court - those were important, very important. Bottom line is I won custody of my children, as a Father who lived outside the state of TN. Need I say more?

I highly recommend Johnny Rasberry to anyone in need of domestic legal advice or legal action. He handled my divorce and custody case with great expertise.
