Had an appointment with Christi Hale today at 2:30 pm. I made it 3 weeks after meeting with her in her office. When I arrived at her office today I was met by another attorney and was informed that Christi was busy and he would be taking care of me. I did not know him and he had no clue why I was there and I had to explain my situation all over again. He charged me $50 and did nothing. They should have called me to let me know that she could not see me today and given me the option of making another appointment. Very poor office practices. Will never recommend them to anyone and will never go back.

Ms. Hale did a family trust for me and did excellent work, provided us with exactly what we needed. She was friendly, professional, and did a superior job. I recommend her to anyone.
