“The white lady on the phone is rude and rushing the conversation without solving the problem got my name wrong on my paperwork and my birthday and I had to call back multiple times Just to get these things fixed, it still isn't fixed”

“To expensive want speak with you on phone and $125 for consultation. Prices for an opinion anymore is crazy.”
