Michael Brezina is undoubtedly the best attorney in Tennessee! He has a passion for the law, for justice and most importantly for his clients. He genuinely cares about people and he focuses on what is truly important. He treats people with fairness, dignity and respect. When he walks in the courtroom, the judges recognize him. Michael embraces every court appearance as if it is the most important appearance of the year. He is always prepared and he knows his cases. The Judges appreciate Michael — I appreciate Michael. He is a top performer and I am so grateful Michael took our case! God answered our prayers when Michael answered his phone. Very personable and disarming! Michael came as a reference from a former boss of mine. After two (2) years w/ the company I'm working for they hit me w/ a Non-Compete and Non-Solicitation form and told me that a condition of my employment w/ the company is me signing said form. It's complete BS and I needed to know in a hurry the merit and implications of signing such a form. He quickly sent me a retainer that outlined his fee, charged me for 2 hours of his time when he could have hit me for more, and equipped me w/ the information I needed to have/know to make an informed decision before signing the documents. Michael shoots it straight, was easy to work with, and outlined the holes as well as the teeth of the Non Compete/Non Solicitation form. Would highly recommend him!
