Very sweet ladies

We were in a custody battle since 2012. We had multiple attorneys, all who didn't do their jobs properly, didn't file paperwork or keep in contact. The Office of Burton McKinnish was so amazing & finally won us our case this year!! The attorneys & staff were so nice. If I had any concerns, they would email or call and clear things up. I only wish we would have went with them sooner!! We could not express how happy they've made us & our children! We are eternally grateful!

Well, I had been trying for five years to get my disability case approved and closed. I was getting very discouraged when a friend took me to meet Jennifer Burton to discuss my case. She decided I had a good case that could be won. Once her firm took over my case was won in about a year's time. Wish I had known Jennifer long before I did. First of all, I can't say enough nice things about Tegan. She was always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond when I had questions. Disability is a long process and I do believe they all worked very hard on my case, and I was very happy with the end result. I would've given 5 stars, but there were a few times when some of the staff made me feel like I was bothering them or wasting their time, but it was only a few times and they may have just been very busy during those times. That's really the only complaint. I appreciate all they've done for me, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone applying for disability benefits.

My husband and I retained Burton McKinnish to assist us with our home builder for breach of contract. Tegan Couch did a fantastic job for us and we were able to resolve our issues without further litigation. She wrote a very thorough letter to our builder, clearly listed our concerns and followed up periodically to ensure that the builder was completing all items as requested. We could not be happier.
