I was charged with nine felonies and nine misdemeanors for forgery and check fraud which then I was charged with 36 counts 24 counts of forgery and 12 counts of fraud Jonathon helped me through the case the whole time he explained things to me in ways that I would understand that would help me decide our next steps to take. we took the case to trial in which Jonathon had the whole case dismissed and all the charges dismissed. If I ever need another lawyer for anything I would definitely hire Jonathon he is a wonderful attorney and even when I was facing 6-36 years in prisons for a crime I didn't commit I had all the confidence in Jonathon that he would do his job.

I was arrested for a DUI in East Nashville this September. The first thing I did when I got out of jail was tactfully search for an attorney. Jonathan Turner showed up among many other lawyers in the premium section, but I chose Jonathan for 2 very specific reasons. First, he's a former VA prosecutor, and a very successful one, might I add. Second, he had the most assuring reviews for cases that he takes to trial. I called Jonathan that Saturday morning and he answered immediately, he took time on his Labor Day weekend to discuss my case and assure me that he was going to do everything he could. He said to me, "Greg, if there are results to get or a case to be made I'll find them." He not only kept his word, but exceeded my expectations beyond my wildest imagination. I was facing potential jail time, certainty of losing my license for a year and possibly my job. In the first general session hearing he was able to get my DUI reduced to reckless driving with implied consent, but we had to file a continuance due to the appropriate parties not being present. Finally, the second court day was here, and so was Jonathan. He got my implied consent charge thrown out without even setting foot in circuit court. I ended up with a reckless driving charge (which is a measly $250 fine) I didn't lose my license, my license wasn't suspended, my license wasn't restricted, but it was untouched. Jonathan Turner beat the unbeatable for me, he beat implied consent. If you're in a bind like I was, you better spend your money on results. I've got him saved in my phone as 'The Magic Man'. Do to unfortunate circumstances , I was forced to need the assistance of a lawyer . I was referred to Matthew through a good friend . I cannot tell you how much I recommend Jonathan Turner. I wish all lawyers were like him! When it comes to litigation, money and power should have no bearing on outcome. Jonathan Turner takes that element away and interprets laws as annotated. I did my homework and read reviews like this; therefore, I got better representation than if I would have hired a whole team of lawyers. Today may ,5 ,in Giles county Jonathan got a dui 3rd dismissed he's awesome.

Jonathan represented me for a Protective Order that I needed to have put in place. We had someone living in our house and it took a bad turn. I met with Jonathan and explained my situation. He empathized with me and advised me that a Protective Order would be the best way to help my family and I stay safe, as we had become scared of this person.
