Sam was extremely expedient and knowledgeable in his dealing with our situation. He brought a perspective that resolved our landlord tenant issue with the least escalation possible while also sending clear messages about our rights. Shanone was great to work with. I’ve only dealt with a few attorneys in the past and they acted like we were wasting their time and pretty much rude and intimidating. They were also hard to get in contact with. Shanone was none of that. She responded right away, was so easy to talk to, answered all of our questions and never felt rushed. I could tell from the beginning that she was truly happy to help with my dads estate planning. Highly recommend her to others and we hope to be able to work with her again in the future.

She rescued me ! Mid emergencies, and fraudulent motions, she stepped in at the peak of a very chaotic situation. I was hysterically trying to stay afloat, and she offered a hand. She empathized, she believed me, and she stayed WITH me, through it all. I never felt like I was "alone" again. Why anyone would ever choose to be a family law attorney is beyond my comprehension but you're going to need help if you're a woman divorcing in TN, and Crystal WILL fight for you ! She really is the "good person" everyone says she is, and that meant everything to me !
