She made the document signing and notarization an easy, quick and simple procedure. Her fee was reasonable and payment was made easy to complete. If you are looking for a real estate litigator, Sam Cross is the only person you should ever consider. Not only is he an excellent person, as a lawyer he extremely knowledgable, great at explaining legal procedures/risks in layman's terms, he possesses the dedication and stamina to fight for you on a long term basis and he is ALWAYS accessible. On top of it, Sam is also a good financial steward with your time and money. There is no other lawyer that I would hire, and I interviewed quite a few lawyers that were recommended due to how many last names were included in the law firm name, that didn't even have the decency to call you back personally, but rather had their paralegal do that. Sam will get back to you personally and on the same day. He is the best there is.
