Lee Davies Jr. and Mr. Newman were very helpful through the whole process of my divorce. They were patient and answered all my questions. The office staff is also very nice and helpful! I highly recommend this law firm.

Going through one of the more difficult times in your life legally is tough on anyone but Andrea really made me feel like I had someone on my side. She was fantastic with communication and promptness and really made me feel like I had someone who cared on my side. Highly recommend her for anyone going through Divorce in TN.

Andrea McCoy & Phil Newman were a great team on my case. They gave me realistic advice and fought hard for me. I most appreciate that they didn't sugar-coat things, and they helped me understand what expectations were reasonable or not. Above and beyond their legal representation, they helped me develop a better framework for moving forward with co-parenting post-divorce. They took the time to understand and acknowledge the emotional costs of litigation and were sensitive to my changing goals and needs. I highly recommend them both. My only regret is that I didn't find them sooner!

To say that it was a pleasure to work with Phil Newman and Andrea McCoy would be an understatement. These two made one of the hardest times in my life so much easier. Not only are they amazing at what they do, they are truly great people. People that I will never forget. People who I respect and showed the same respect to me. People who, at times, were hard on me but because they knew what was right and best for me. Genuinely good people. In sad and hard times, I shared many, many laughs and fun talks. I wouldn't just highly recommend Phil and Andrea...I would only recommend them!

Phil's counsel was sound, balanced and fair throughout my entire process. He and Julie are top notch in their field and I would recommend them highly for their services. To say I was terrified and nervous to go through the massive storm that is the divorce process would be an understatement..no one plans for this when they get married & it was very difficult - but I wanted to share how incredible Phil Newman & Lauren Moss were & how they helped me focus & make thoughtful / wise decisions when my emotions got the best of me. Not only were they sensitive with my feelings & basically held my hand through the process ..but at the same time they empowered me and were able to navigate all of the complicated financial decisions for me ..while thinking through things that I never would have thought about or known if I was just on my own.
