I am currently in the midst of a post-divorce case but I wanted to take a moment to write a review/recommendation for Andrea McCoy from Puryear, Newman & Morton, PLLC. When I divorced in 2018, I had the pleasure of working with Phil Newman. When this new situation arose, naturally, I wanted to work with this firm again. Although Phil has been largely involved with my case, Andrea McCoy has taken the lead on many of the case-related tasks. And she has been nothing short of exceptional. She is thorough, organized, and responsive (when I have had questions - and I have had many) leading up to a recent court date. In court, she handled my case with utmost professionalism and thoughtful care. I was so impressed with how she kept her composure and was calm, cool, and collected at all times during the hearing. Although I can't say I "look forward" to my ongoing case, I CAN say with 100% confidence, I look forward to working with this firm - and especially Andrea McCoy. She is an outstanding part of this team.
