Daniel is very good with helping his clients understand their options and the best way to proceed. He answers every question they have and makes sure they are comfortable with the decisions they make. Having never gone through the process before, I never understood how important and how many details are involved. With his experience and understanding of how much we want to protect our family, he made going through the process a very pleasant experience.

All in all he's reasonably priced & straight forward. No sugar coating and he doesn't beat around the bush. Communication was a little hectic but it's very understandable considering how busy a lawyer is and the system at the jail was all out of wack. When you call him about questions and concerns he doesn't rush you! That's a huge plus for me being as I've had quite a few attorneys for different reasons and they've all seemed too busy to hold more than a 5min phone call.

Attorney Daniel Hamilton is a great person to work with. He has a great personality and he is honest. He doesn't try to sugarcoat anything. He will work with you financially. My fiancée was facing 6 years with a felon in possession of a handgun charge. Mr. Hamilton managed to get him off with no jail time and 2 years of probation. If my fiancée had gone to jail we wouldn't be getting married this coming July. I compared Mr. Hamilton to David and Goliath with Mr. Hamilton being David.
