With 4 kids and no will my wife and I needed to get our estate plan in order. Justin was able to patiently and succinctly guide us through the steps in setting up a living trust with individual wills and medical directives - a full estate planning package. He patiently explained the differences between various options along with the legal and tax implications of each. In two short visits with minimal outside analysis, we walked away with an all-encompassing estate plan that already has given us comfort for the long run.

During our initial meeting, I felt that Justin was very thorough in explaining and differentiating the benefits of a family trust which includes a will and a regular will. He also shared his fees in the preparation of each which, we felt, were competitive and reasonable. He completed our trusts documents timely and didn't let our last minute change to some terms of the trust delay our scheduled meeting to review and sign the documents.
