I hired Kate Delk and was extremely pleased with her representation. She will break down all of the potential scenarios in your case, while making you feel respected and taken care of. She was a prosecutor for many years, and she knows the lawyers prosecuting your case. She also has the total and complete perspective of both sides of the case, prosecutor and defense attorney. In my humble opinion, with all other things being equal, you need the lawyer with the best relationships with the other side. This is Mrs. Delk. Kate was very important in helping my son navigate the system. We are from a different state and found ourselves in uncharted waters. First I want to make clear I was a client of Kate Delk. Mrs Delk is an honest and an aggressive lawyer. Mrs Delk was contacted by me on a Sunday and was readily available to discuss my case even though I lived out of state. After sending some documentation via email to her, she discussed a plan of attack on the case. Mrs Delk hit the ground running first thing the next morning and by that afternoon had my charges dismissed and rescinded.
