He is always to busy for u. Makes promises he can't keep. Won't always answer u when u call. Does not believe u or take ur side even tho u prove to him.

Mattie is a wonderful lawyer. Explained all my options as far as my request for bankruptcy. I've had prior experience with this office back in 2013 and was great then. This is why I came back to them. And highly recommend them for any legal help.

Stay Away from these people - William Moore & Lori Lee (his ParaLegal) at 119 Public Square, Suite 119 in Gallatin , Tn. ! My wife & I had a 10:00AM appointment on June 5, 2021, - Mr. Moore finally shows up at 10:35AM. He said he was ‘running late’ due to a doctor’s appointment. Fine, but, how about calling us so that we don’t have to come in at 10AM and sit in his office waiting for 35 minutes wondering if he will ever show up at all ? No communication. He finally arrives - we meet and talk. He sets up our next appointment for the following Tuesday just 4 days away. I go back to my office which is about a 1 minute walk down the block. I had to call them back to give additional information. I called the office within a couple of minutes after being there. I called about 6 times only to get a message that they are ‘out of the office’ or’ can’t take our call at this time’. Not true I was just there a minute ago ! The phone message says to hit a certain extension to get to Lori. I hit that extension and it goes to someone else. This happened every time I called. Lori sends me an email to e-sign a document basically stating that I agree to pay whatever fees will be charged, etc. She expects me to sign this when I don’t even know what the fees will be ! I went back to their office to mention that. Lori said no problem and we can pay when we come back on Tuesday. I also sent her quite a few emails asking her to call me back - she claims she never got them and that their computer is not working- but yet it was working well enough to send me the paper work to sign …. So, I walk back to their office exactly a minute of all of this since they are about a 1 minute walk away from my own office &,low and behold, the office is open, Loir is at her desk and never answers the phone. ( why is the message mentioned above still playing when she is actually sitting right there in the first place ?) PICK UP THE PHONE ! I tell her that maybe she needs to call the phone company to check things out. She apparently didn’t like that. It must have ‘offended ‘ her in some way. I was trying to be helpful & show her the problem in case she is unaware of it. In order to show her what was happening I dialed their office phone in front of Lori and the same thing happens as above ! I finally tell her what changes need to be made on our paperwork and she writes them down. A little while later Lori sends a text message to my Wife ( not to me ) saying that, ”…due to their busy schedule they may not be able to get to our case for several weeks,…etc.” If that was really true then why did William Moore himself make the appointment for next week right in front of us !? Basically, in my opinion, Lori was obviously upset to the fact that I had mentioned the problems (above) so she refunded the fee that I finally found and paid. It’s apparent that these people simply do not like the fact that they may be told about the problems above and they just could not take any positive criticism. So, this was their way of ‘teaching us a lesson.” Realistically, after sitting in his office for the first 25 minutes I felt like leaving and going with someone else anyway. I had a bad feeling of unprofessionalism and now I see that I was right. There are plenty of Lawyers out there who do things in a better way. I can only imagine the trouble I would have once we got things going and I had to try and communicate with them in the future. Stay away from this place. I have to give 1 star because there are no options for zero or negative stars.
