Jay is the best. He represents his clients with integrity, confidence, and poise. He's honest, ethical, straight forward, and committed. He is fair for both sides. He'll tell you what you need to hear, maybe not what you want to hear, but he won't steer you wrong. He and his staff are great at keeping me informed, always responsive, and they get to know their clients. I choose to consult with Phillips & Ingrum because of their high ethical standards but I got lucky when Jay said he'd be my attorney. He will always be my first referral to anyone who asks.
