“DO NOT use this title company. My company is a correspondent lender and we ordered title for a refinance loan closing. Service is slow, but more than that Ashley, who is a paralegal, after much negotiations and rude responses and double talk, finally agreed to wire our fees, and then did not honor her word to wire our fees.”
