I contacted your office more than three weeks ago and was promised a return call within a day. As of today, I have had no answer from your office. I told the lady that answered that I needed some advice on setting up a living trust. Needless to say, I'm not impressed. My traffic ticket got dismissed and the court fee were waived. Such a relief. They do accept Hyatt legal (if you have this insurance policy through FedEx or other company).
