I implore you to search else where. This particular personal injury firm is inept and untrustworthy, much like the individual in charge of it. Any positive reviews you may come across are likely fabricated or the result of customers waiting an exorbitant amount of time to receive any kind of offer or resolution. It is not worth the risk or frustration to deal with an organization that operates in such a manner. Take heed and seek out a more reputable and reliable insurance company for your needs.

I had an amazing experience working with Ponce Law after a rear-end car accident I was involved in back in December 2023. The situation was incredibly stressful: the woman who hit me was extremely rude, didn’t check on me, and even had the nerve to claim, “I didn’t do that and you just want money.” To make matters worse, she drove off from the scene, and the police marked it as a hit-and-run. I was able to get a picture of her license plate, and I later found out she had a revoked driver’s license. I also believed she was intoxicated, but I never got confirmation on that. I was left dealing with neck, shoulder, and back injuries, along with tingling all over my body. After calling around, I decided to go with Ponce Law because I saw their commercials, and honestly, I’m so glad I did. Initially, I had called another law firm, but after speaking with Ponce Law, I felt much more confident and comfortable with them, so I signed up right away. When speaking to the receptionist she was very polite, I can say it has been the best customer service I have ever received, unfortunately my case wasn’t a case they handle but that didn’t stop them from helping me they gave me a few numbers where I could reach out to.
