Five years ago I was involved in an accident at work and contacted Ponce Law firm to represent me in a Workers Comp claim. The following week I received my first workers comp weekly check. They were on top of things from the beginning. Anytime I called my paralegal or attorney my call was promptly responded to in a friendly, courteous manner. They made a very unpleasant experience bearable. I would not hesitate to recommend this law firm to others. Way to go guys, great job!!!

I had an excellent experience with the staff at Ponce Law. I was able to get a settlement that I would not received on my own due to an auto accident. I was kept up to date and the attorney kept negotiating on my behalf and would not give up until I was sufficiently compensated. I highly recommend Ponce Law !!! Nina was awesome. After searching and actually meeting other attorneys, I knew Nina was the one I could trust. She was kind, professional and very encouraging because cases can take years. Nina started by taking on my unemployment appeals. She made sure I was able to get some money as soon as possible following my injury. She continued to represent me before a workers comp judge. I have my benefits and now I am dancing a jig. At my age that was so important. The system isn't always fair but when it breaks down, it's good to have an attorney like Nina that is willing to take on the big corporate giants. Thank you so much Nina! When I was down she encouraged me and helped me to remain positive. You need a lawyer with the experience, knowledge and skills to win your case. I could not possibly offer a higher recommendation than I have for the Michael Ponce law firm. I don't typically write these type of reviews but they have gone to such great lengths to help me that I want other s to know this is the law firm to use. Trying to survive the worker's compensation process on my own was not a good idea and the doctor was making the matter worse. My salvation was this law firm and the wonderful lawyer, Allen Smith along with the paralegal, Daniel Brooks. Daniel worked hard to answer my questions and responded promptly. And Mr. Smith, I am SO very thankful that he took on my case and that he was so concerned for my situation. They helped me locate a qualified doctor who took swift action, greatly reducing my pain and significantly improving my daily functioning. I HIGHLY recommend the Michael Ponce law firm to all and advise anyone to navigate the workers compensation process only with their guidance.

What an awful experience. I called to see if they could assist. They told because of the type of case their case load was too full. It seemed as if they were really saying "I can't make enough money off of you so call someone else" Definitely not the helpful ads you see on tv.

After two surgical procedures within three months, needing the assistance of a walker to ambulate for two years, and asking my brother for the financial support needed to keep our home from going into foreclosure. The only thing that was consistent during this time in our lives was the constant flowing of medical bills and expenses and the continued denials from the Social Security Administration for disability benefits. I heard the commercial and the words "Justice for All," and determined from that day that justice was what I needed. I spent most of my time talking with Ms. Kitty (who has the persona of an angel) and attorney Jeff. Although I never met Attorney Ponce,his team was a good representation.

I had a wonderful experience with Ponce Law during a really bad experience in mine and my daughters life. My daughter was attacked by a pit bull and Mr. Ponce and his staff gave us great treatment and direction on what to do in that situation. That experience was 8 years ago my daughter turned 18 last year and she got her first trust check which she used towards her college tuition at UT of Knoxville fulfilling her dream of being a large animal vet stemming from that dog attack. Breaking her settlement up in 3 disbursements over her college years will be able to help with her dream. Which was another way Mr. Ponce advised for her future. She never wanted to have plastic surgery she said her scar makes her who she is. I recommend Ponce Law to anyone that truly wants to be taking care of as a person and not a dollar sign. Hello, My experience with Michael Ponce and his staff and associates has been wonderful. I saw for many years, commercials about Michael Ponce and thought that he seems to be a great lawyer, all the while thinking that I would never need a lawyer, that though would soon change. I was driving tractor trailers for a local transportation company here in Nashville, when I injured my shoulder. Subsequently, I was terminated and didn't know what to do. However, I knew that I had a case, and after hearing from friends and family, I was now even more confused about what to do, until I saw the Ponce Law Firm commercial again, it could have not come at a better time. I picked up the phone and called, and the first voice I heard was that of Ms. Rita Warren (at the time). Ms. Rita was very friendly and helpful and made an appointment for me to come and speak with them almost immediately. When I arrived everyone was very helpful and considerate of my feelings and the transition that I was going through. I was introduced to Nina Parsley, who in my opinion is one tough attorney. each and every time I spoke with anyone at the office they were always friendly and very thorough. It was a long uphill battle and the firm stuck by my side through out the entire experience, answering questions and just calling to check on me and see how I was doing. I won my case with the help of Michael Ponce and his associates and I am very satisfied that they did their jobs and gave me 100% of their talents. I thank them for everything that they've done for me and I recommend them to any and everyone that I talk to for cases that the firm could possibly help them with,especially Worker's Comp cases like mine. I am so glad I found Ponce Law! I was uncomfortable retaining a lawyer to help handle my Social Security Disability claim but knew that it was what I needed to do.
