Mr. Dowlen handled a Medical Marijuana case for my family. He defended his client's Doctor monitered use of Med MJ against the Department of Children's Services and the State of Tennessee's vile selective enforcement of Cannabis Prohibition Laws. As Mr. Dowlen predicted, the Department's abusive "investigative" culture toward Cannabis users resulted in a negative and punitive ruling. However, Zale refused to back down and the Departments ruling was over turned on Appeal. So in the end, Mr. Dowlen won our case, a family was left intact and Justice prevailed. Zale is an attorney full of integrity. He is a no B S type of person. I always knew exactly where I stood regarding whatever situation Zale was directing me through. He did not hesitate to let me know when a situation or question was out of his area of expertise and would either find that information for me, or direct me to exactly where I could find it.
