Her receptionist set up a telephone conference and then she never even called. I called back 4 times and left a message and still never heard anything and then Crystal messages me and ask for my number and then 5 days later I still have never heard from her. If that’s how she is after you retain her then I feel sorry for you paying the $4000 fee she asked for up front and she can’t even return calls or keep conferences that are scheduled. I’d rate a 0 if possible.
