As a small business owner I needed help with small insurance claim. Andrew Triplett in the Hendersonville office was very friendly and professional. He treated me and my problem as if I was his #1 client with a multi-million dollar annual billing. The problem was quickly resolved for which I am very grateful.

Run from Cobb Law Group. They are out to take as much from you as they can. Very unresponsive, and very unprofessional, and inexperienced was our perception. We were quoted $3000 for a custody case, and we had a very strong case with plenty of evidence, even the other party knew it. Cobb Law said it would take 3 months to finish. The case turned in to 9 months due to the lawyer ignoring my wife's emails, failure to file in a timely manner as it seemed like the lawyer was slow walking it as much as he could to bill as much as possible and was working for the other party's attorney so they could conspire on how to delay this further to bill for each call or email between the clients. Cobb Law wasn't even trying. During the entire ordeal it would take days / weeks to get a response back and excuses, he waited over a month to file with the courts in the beginning after taking our money and it was almost 4 weeks before it was even filed. To make a long story short - the $3000 we were quoted and 3 months to complete turned into to $6000. We ended up firing Cobb Law Group and it cost $5,000 to hire a different attorney which got our case settled within 2 hours at mediation within a couple weeks. After firing them, we got another bill in the mail from them for $600 + for stuff they already billed for and charges that didn't take place! A $3000 simple, open and shut case turned into $11,000 for us but what can you do when they have the long-drawn-out contract you sign with hourly charges, and you can't prove anything which is their entire scheme.
