Don’t waste your money. This woman is extremely rude and has great reviews because of her own friends and family, not because she’s any sort of a good lawyer.

Patti and her team have been exceptional to work with. They are always professional, prompt in returning calls, and get the best results possible. She is well worth the money that you invest and works her hardest to ensure that you are well informed of every aspect of the legal process as well as all the potential outcomes. I would gladly hire her over and over again for any family law related matters.

This lady is extremely rude! Went in for a free consult . Talked about how long she’s been doing this and told me basically that instead of trying to go after my sons Dad because he isn’t paying his medical portion or back child support and hasn’t updated any paperwork. She even went as far to say that I should get a second job which I would have no problem if my son didn’t have such severe food allergies and health issues. I told her she wasn’t for us and tried taking back my paper I had filled out bc I didn’t want my information on it and she ripped it out of my hands. She is extremely unprofessional and didn’t care about me and my sons needs! I’ll be filing a complaint with the state. Oh and to add she was about 15 minutes late. She’s a complete waste of time!

I have retained Patti for 3 separate matters over the course of 9 years. Her and her staff are always very professional. Patti has always accomplished all of the goals I had set out to obtain while in court. Patti and her staff always kept me informed as to the progress of my case and always answered all my questions and concerns. She has gone above and beyond what a normal attorney would do. There are not enough words to describe how fortunate I was to have found Patti when I was in the toughest time of my life. I needed HELP in dealing with a calculating and vindictive ex-spouse in a very complicated situation. So complicated, that attorney after attorney would not, or simply could not help me. Patti took my case, and was unflappable during challenges and assaults (often on her character) and even seemed to get stronger as the going got tougher. Those are qualities rarely seen in friends.... let alone lawyers. Patti Garner proved to me to be the best at both. I will never be able to thank her for all she did. She is as kind as she is competent; big-hearted as she is bold; and funny as she is fearless. Thank you, Patti Garner. Whew! What a ride, huh?

Patti and her office staff were a tremendous help in getting a case settled for a family member. She was very professional and stern during court proceedings involving the case. I would definitely recommend Patti to anyone needing to settle a divorce/child custody issue. We feel that Patti went above the call of duty in representing my family member.
