I was injured in a car accident in November of 2020 due to no fault of my own. I hired the office of Rocky McElhaney to represent me and take on the insurance companies. My attorney, Justin, and his paralegal, Daniel, were both excellent at keeping me updated on how my case was progressing. My only complaint is that it took 13 months to get my settlement, but that might have been out of their control. I would recommend this firm to anyone needing representation in an injury case.

I contacted them in april about my accident and by august I had my settlement check. They were great in service, speed and professionalism, they did their job well with no shady business. Would definitely recommend for anyone trying to get the justice they deserve.
