⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Wow!! This office is dedicated.. I’m Super impressed how fast they responded. I sent a email to request a consolation and Within 20 mins my phone rang...Mind you This is 7pm on a weeknight. Well AFTER offices hours... SO Amazing. I’ve been super stressed emotional , very overwhelmed with my situation.. The Issue is with my special needs child and her teacher/school. I was lost on what to do I didn’t know my rights.. Didn’t know what I could do next. Then I spoke with Mrs.Mumford. I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. Mrs. Mumford was wonderful so easy to talk too, Very sweet. I told her all the drama and I could hear her concern. I felt she whole heartily sympathized with me and genuinely cared. She didn’t rush me or make me feel dumb because I didn’t know or didn’t understand. Instead she explained it again. She Let me ask a millions questions. With so much patience. She Made sure I had a good understanding. She advised me with some things to do. Told me if I had anymore question or concerns about anything not to hesitate to call her back. Just WOW. Im truly blown away. I’m so very thankful for her kindness. And the respect she showed me tonight. I finally have some much needed understanding and relieved. I can’t say Thank you enough to The Mumford’s for their grade A+ services an for their time. I definitely will be using and referring for any legal issues I have in the future. If you need some guidance and understanding this is the place.
