Wonderful people that get the job done and that are very friendly.

I came to Morris and Barnes with no clue as to what I needed to do dealing with a workers comp and auto insurance claim. I know some people leave bad reviews but I can't see why with this firm. I was treated fairly and even given help from Spence himself that was about as selfless as you get. I would definitely recommend this firm to anyone in need. Thank you so much for all your help and support during a difficult time for me and my family, we are ever in your debt.

Mr. Barnes is an excellent attorney who treats your case as a priority. He sets realistic expectations based on sound experience to get his clients fair offers for their situations. His staff is great to work with as well; they always keep you updated. If you want positive results in a reasonable amount of time, I recommend you call Morrison and Barnes.

I would highly recommend Terri Crider@ Morrison and Barnes. She did all she could do for me to have the best outcome possible.

My son was the passenger in a car accident, in which he sustained very serious injuries. My son required multiple surgeries, hospital stays, follow up Dr. appointments, and multiple series of xrays (such as CT scans etc), in addition to medical expenses such as special equipment for wound healing etc... To sum it all up as simply as possible, I know my son had a train wreck of a case for any law firm to have handled. I knew pretty soon after the accident, my son would need legal assistance to help get everything handled properly, I myself called more than one of the commonly advertised law firms (simply because I had seen them advertise so frequently that they could help with situations like my son’s), I was also told after they had reviewed his case, one excuse after another for why they could not take his case. Long story short, there wasn’t a lot of insurance coverage and my son had EXTENSIVE medical bills, so it was what it was, really no law degree needed to figure that out. However, in my search, I called Mr. Barnes’ law firm, and was given a chance, he reviewed everything and agreed to help. My son’s case has now been settled thanks to Mr. Barnes and his staff!!! My intention with this review is in no way meant to belittle any other law firms for not taking my son’s case for whatever reason they declined, but simply to say Mr. Barnes DID take his case, (when others wouldn’t) even though he knew it would mean sorting thru and dealing with EXTENSIVE medical bills, and that it meant there wouldn’t be a lot left afterwards, Mr. Barnes took the case anyway, to help, not for a big payday, but because of compassion. I cannot imagine the hours it took working with the healthcare provider and health insurance companies on the medical bills, or even tracking down all of the medical bills. Mr. Barnes and his staff were a God send. Not one time did we ever attempt to get in touch with him with a question or concern what he didn’t get back in touch with us immediately. I would HIGHLY recommend this law firm to anyone who wants not just a lawyer that is skilled in his profession, but a lawyer who is in the business for the right reason and hasn’t lost the compassion a lawyer should have, also a lawyer you can communicate with when needed. It means everything.

The absolute best They truly represent what a lawyer should be! When I first got hurt most of the lawyers in the Jackson area wouldn't even talk to me when I called Morrison & Barnes they had some one come to where I was doing therapy the next day and I couldn't have been better represented from start to finish.
