I wouldn't have won my Social Secutity Disability case without them!

My son had a car accident July 24, 2022. He was airlifted to Methodist Hospital in Memphis with life threatening injuries. After several surgeries and lots of tears we were finally able to think straight and knew we needed legal advice. I called the office of Morrison and Barnes and their response to us was immediate. Ms. Terri drove to Memphis to see us and talk to us about the accident. She is one of the kindest people. She wasn't pushy, and she was always honest with us about my son's case. I had such peace when she left us that day. I could focus on my son and getting him well without having to worry about all the medical bills we were getting ready to face. Throughout the whole process Ms. Terri would call and update us on the progress she was making. There was never a question about where we stood concerning this case. She settled this case very quickly. He had the wreck in July 2022 and we settled out of court in March of 2023. I would recommend this team to anyone needing this type of help. I couldn't be more grateful for everything they did for us. They are absolutely amazing!!

This is the first time in my life I’ve ever reached out to a law firm for help. When things get overwhelming and stressful you realize you are not prepared to handle an insurance company. I do not regret my decision in choosing their firm. Spencer and Terri have been nothing shy of a blessing. They handled my daughters case. The auto insurance I was trying to deal with myself caused me misery. They handled everything negotiated a settlement for her without me having to deal with the insurance rep’s that can be brutal. In 2021 my wife's elderly parents were in a horrific auto accident. They were hit head on by a drunk driver and each flown to Regional One medical center in Memphis. As we were trying to wrap our heads around what had happened with both of them in critical condition we also had to be concerned with their financial well being as the enormous medical bills started coming in almost everyday. Our family set up an initial meeting to meet with Spence and after hearing our story he explained the process and what we could expect and at that point forward he did the worrying for us. It has been a long and complicated process but Spence would always respond to our calls to give us an update on how things were going. After many months of surgeries and rehabilitation and their own incredible determination my wife's parents are back home living independently. Today with the hard work of Spence and his staff they have received the compensation they are due for what they have been thru.
