Tim remembered details of my case even while away from his notes. He kept me confident while awaiting pre trial, which got pushed back due to COVID. My felony was reduced to a misdemeanor and then at court my case was promptly dismissed. He spoke with the DA and without a single moment of concern my case was dismissed and my record expunged. It was as quick and painless as could be. Tim was very effective in my defense and remained communicative with me while awaiting pre trial. Reassuring me of our chances of success, in which he was 100% accurate in predicting. I could not possibly be more satisfied.

I met Tim Arrants in 2019 as the result of the circuit court appointing him as counsel due to a conflict with the public defenders office. Tim is a private atty and recieves a far less payment for services from the state vs private practice. However, you wouldnt know it from the way I was represented over a nearly 2 year prosecution of a couple felony indictments. His accessability via phone or in person was unparalleled as measured from my past experiemces with other attorneys. Thats important because I reside nearly 500 miles from Sevier county Tn. He formed a defensive strategy that allowed my defense to be strong enough to turn 2 felony indictments into a misdeamenor and no jailtime offer pretrial. Tim, himself a former prosecutor, used his years of experience, his relationship with that office, and the obvious respect he has garnered in the Sevier county court system to achieve what imo was the best possible outcome, barring a not guilty verdict or dismissal at trial. Tim Arrants, his wife attorney Julie Myrick of The Myrick Law Firm in Sevierville, are both honest, hardworking knowledgeable criminal defense attorneys. I highly recommend their firm and the legal services they offer. Thank you both.

I was in quite the predicament. A life of crime and addiction had lead me to rock bottom. I knew punishment would be extreme, so I looked for an attorney who could atleast get my time to serve as minimal as possible. I've been dealing with the justice system for 25 years. Mr Arrants saw me differently. He saw someone with untreated addiction. Someone who chose crime as a support for their addiction. He saw an opportunity to help someone. Thanks to him...a very compassionate judge, and a DA who low key wants to see me succeed, I am now 11 1/2 months sober, and living the best life I have in nearly 30 years. Thank you Tim. What a difference you made in my life.
