An honest & competent lawyer whose biggest problem is that he's so exceptional that he's always covered up. Trust him to both know the law and pray over your case. Give him time to respond and know that he's not going to rack up billables by sending you a weekly update if nothing's changed.

Jerry told my father & I not to attend trial in 2017 on a civil lawsuit / judgement. Jerry said "no need to travel far, I'll sit in for you, & this whole thing will go away". I have this in writing. Needless to say, he didn't remember anything about our case come trial day, he was completely unprepared, & now my Dad is losing his only home. He will soon be on the street in JC because Jerry didn't do his job. Please be extra diligent with this guy, he literally ruined the lives of my entire family in one court date. I should've sued the pants off him, but I'm not that kinda person; I just want to be a million miles away from this whole curse.

If I could leave ZERO starts I absolutely would! If you are looking for someone to handle your divorce, mediation, or custody agreement I recommend going somewhere else. After he accepted my case and my money without resolving anything he filed a motion and order allowing withdrawal to the chancery court leaving me to seek counsel elsewhere on top of additional attorneys fees. Motions had been filed and served to him that he never even informed me of. After hiring a New attorney it was then brought to my attention. Save yourself time and money and go somewhere else!

Mr. Fabus is, without a doubt authentic. A1, prime, the best, ever. You get the picture......Great! With prenup in hand he took on my divorce in what should have been an open and shut case. However, it did not transpire as it should have, and I was so glad to have him in my corner. If it were not for his steadfast and calm demeanor, the compassion and understanding, and finally his knowledge, advice, and tenacity I would not have made it through. I did make it and am forever grateful.

%100 Disappointing. I felt like I was dealing with my ex all over again. Everything i say is wrong, Took personal offense to every other sentence i made. It would take 4 sentences to explain why he should Not have got offended at the first sentence. Refused to do any homework on my case with 2 weeks until court hearing. Ignored All Evidence that favored my case. Jerry Would Not hear any evidence i dug up. His strategy is to take the 1st plea that comes his way. He was unable to see through the opposing councils lies and exaggerations and would believe the opposing councils gossip %100 over my facts.. Has even admitted to me in an email that, "If you wanna fight this case, I am Not your Guy." - Jerry Fabus. So, If you need someone to take the 1st plea offered and Not fight for you,,, but give You resistance & ignore your evidence at every step you try to make,,, Jerry is your guy. His soft hands will make your hearing go very easy and smooth, for anyone but you :O) %100 Disappointment. UPDATE: Turns out Jerry Fabus is friends with the opposing counsel and purposely hindered my court case for a favor to his friend, Donna Bolton, my opposing lawyer. Jerry Fabus trades favors with other lawyers Donna Bolton, Julie Canter, Caleb McDaniels, Dustin Jones to name a few. they decide who wins before you go to court. These lawyers all work together to give each other what they want. So FACTS DONT MATTER. It only Matters Whos Turn it is to Win in Court. If its not Your turn to Win, Jerry will make sure you loose for his lawyer friends. Jerry Fabus is CORRUPT and Fought me and my case ONLY so his friend , my opposing lawyer DOnna Bolton can have her way with me and my CHILD. in effect Jerry Fabus is a KIDNAPPER who Aided and Abetted in a conspiracy to take my child through fraud on the court. Making Jerry Fabus a KIDNAPPER by default. They obtained a child through fraud and working together = conspiracy to defraud a court of law. Jerry Fabus is CORRUPT and Has No Business being a Lawyer
