If I could give it a half star I would...let me first say this was a confusing process we were asked to come in multiple times which required me taking off work and losing money...we were asked to resend documents we had already sent...but said they couldn’t find...being new to bankruptcy we asked a bunch of questions as we should have...the one question we asked multiple times was if we surrender our vehicles would we be financially responsible for anything on them...me and my wife were both told no multiple times by Charles Oliver and Chelsea...just received a letter in the mail stating we owed the balance for one of our cars...8,997.00 to be exact....now let’s use some common sense here if you knew you would have to pay that much for a car wouldn’t you keep it...the answer is yes...but we were told we were not responsible...so we let it go back and now we have to pay the difference and we have no car to show for that 8997.00 so it’s like we just threw our hard earned money out the window....spoke with Chelsea this morning on the phone and once again she confirmed that we were not responsible until I told her to look at the bankruptcy website and then she changed her tune stating yes you will be paying the difference....and the great answer I get from mr. Pope was and I quote....I don’t understand what you are so upset about....anyone with common sense understand what I’m upset about? Sure we all do....and then the next words out of this cocky arrogant lawyer was it’s over and done now I don’t know what you want us to do about it....so now I’m talking to other lawyers and a board of people to find out what I can do because they even submitted paperwork to the bankruptcy court knowing they were filed incorrectly...everyone’s answer was the same just need to do what we need to so we can get it confirmed and I did get confirmed under false pretenses and lies and and owing for a car we can’t drive .......stay as far away from these people as you can

My experience with the pope firm, 1st apt list of items, 2nd another list, 3rd another list, 4th they found something they knew I couldn't provide. So 4 15 min apts and 10 minutes talking to a crook, that stole our retainer fee, saying they spent to much time on my case and still nothing. I guess it's $500 an hour there, and I did provide everything he asked for.

Stephanie is seriously the best. She made the whole process so seamless and made it an all around a great experience.

Amazing staff!! They were there on a Saturday to assist me with an urgent matter. They do everything they can to help you.

I was in trouble with medical debts that I couldn't afford anymore. I had been getting by on minimum payments and then lost my job. I went to the Pope firm and they walked me through the necessary steps to file for bankruptcy. They went over all my options and answered all my questions (I had a lot of questions!) Special thanks to the ladies that went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled professionally and with courtesy. I would recommend the Pope Firm to anyone that is struggling with debt.

I've been trying for a couple weeks now to think of the right words to leave a review and couldn't come up with nothing good enough to describe them they are the most amazing and professional people I've ever met I told everybody that I've come across that they would be crazy to not go to the pope firm if they were thinking about bankruptcy or needing financial help there's just no other way to say it but they are just a greatest people ever if it wasn't for them I'd be living under a bridge right now

Run away from this firm. Did more damage than good and LIED to us about student loans.

Thank you to everyone at the pope firm for making it easier on me. They were very speedy , informative and very nice. Stephanie was exceptionally understanding and could tell how hard this was on me. Thank you for helping me through this. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was very please with the pope firm they really made me feel right at home I spoke with Charles and he understood my situation all the wemon were very nice and took.care of me but nobody has ever done what Charles is doing for us I really appreciate it so much that made my day it took a great burden off of us I would recommend him for anyone

Very comfortable dealing with them very easy to talk to very knowledgeable and understood the process would recommend the Pope firm and paralegals.
