By far the best place to visit if your considering bankruptcy, divorce, etc. Mr. Pope and all the others that work with him were extremely helpful. They explained the process fully and made sure that I fully understood. If I had a question or issue they were always available to help. Charlies and Nancy were great they were helpful and understanding I would recommend them to any1 wanting to fill any chapter bankruptcy the only problem I had was with the secretary they had named Lori she was rude and childish and terrible . But I just found out that they have fired her soo that's a very good decision on there part 5 stars imo

I’m not happy with this attorney! A few years ago I consulted him about chapter 7 and he agreed to help me for a pre-determined amount which I paid in full. About half way through the process Mr Pope decided to change to chapter 13 and wanted to charge me more.... considerably more! He was very abrasive and would not go with the agreed chapter 7. I asked for my money back and he would not even talk to me about it. I lost all of my money and didn’t go through the process. To put it plainly, Mr Pope ripped me off!
