Due to the loss of our son in 2018, a move and job changes, debt started to surmount much quicker than expected. After a lot of consideration, I decided to meet with Charles Pope to see what options were available. He was very forthright from the beginning and suggested that I consider filing for Chapter 13. I was reluctant at first but after listening to his explanation it seemed like the very best option. It was exactly what I needed to do. Throughout the entire process his staff were very supportive and willing to discuss my case even on short notice. Stephanie Cooper (Lead Paralegal) was instrumental in explaining details in a way that could easily be understood. Her assistance will always be greatly appreciated. The Pope Firm walked me step by step through Bankruptcy . I was hesitant about filing bankruptcy, but they explained the Chapter 7 as well as all other options to help find the best option for me. Mr. Pope and Chelsea are extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns.
