Dave and I are good friends who attended law school together in Virginia. My personal connection aside though, I can honestly tell you he is one of the most diligent and caring people I have ever met. He treats even his clients like friends and is compassionate and caring in everything he does. He's even helped me with my personal challenges and legal questions, and I'm an attorney too. Dave, has always been easy to get appointments with and communicate our court case. We have been so satisfied with him we decided to continue using his services.

I came to Mr. Robbins with an extreamly difficult case (or at least I thought so). My daughter was born in FL and her mother didnt tell me for a month, so I wasnt on the birth cirtificate. Her mother had moved up to TN in Jan. 2009 but then moved back to FL within 6mo. After not staying in one place or state for more than 5mo. at a time, she started keeping my daughter from me, and concidering that they were in FL at the time I thought I would have to go there for any legal action. In Nov. 2010, i contacted Mr. Robbins and told him some about what I was going through, and didnt even know if the case could be heard in the state. He offered to do some research on it for me, and he done this research for free. After he done the research we had a conseltation and Mr. Robbins explained to me the Uniform Child Custody Jurisiction And Enforcement Act or UCCJEA and how we actually would have jurisdiction in TN so I hired Mr. Robbins and he filed the case. After I hired Mr. Robbins he still seemed to really care about my family, my situation, and most of the time it seemed like I was the most important client that he had. If I couldnt get ahold of him when I called he would always get back in touch with me. He kept me informed of what was going on with the case, and i would keep good records to try to make his job easier. Mr. Robbins rates were very reasonable and I was very satisfied with the whole process.A custody case is never easy on anyone, but Mr. Robbins made it as easy and smooth of a process as it could have been. I am very happy with the services and the end result. I filed for full custody and thats exactly what i got.
