Mark McFall has, over the years, counseled me on a variety of legal topics. I never once questioned his knowledge or ability in any legal matters that I sought his counsel for. One should not be put off by his calm demeanor. He is aggressive in his representation of clients and, as they say “is in it to win it”. My experience with other lawyers have been a bit different. They seemed to be driven only by their ability to tap their clients for more money, without any particular end in sight. Mark is cut from a different cloth. He is results driven, not driven by the damage he can do to your wallet. Without hesitation, I would recommend Mark W. McFall to my family and friends – and anyone who may read this.

Save your $ he was no help and just took my $ had to get another lawyer hired him in June 2019 did nothing until the end of July by August 2019 said I was out of $ never even went to court $2600.00 down the drain I would save my $ and time and go somewhere else
